We are
seeking, on behalf of our client, (Technical Support Engineer) provides support for
internal systems and external services, contributing to system administration,
networking, and web management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide
technical support for system administration, web hosting, domain registration,
and general IT infrastructure.
- Respond to
customer inquiries across various channels with timely and professional
solutions.
- Collaborate
with team members to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues effectively.
- Maintain
accurate records of support activities, customer interactions, and system
updates.
- Monitor
system performance, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and suggest
improvements.
- Participate
in internal IT projects and assist in various ICT functions as needed.
- Promote a
collaborative, flexible team culture while sharing knowledge and improving
service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field with 0–3 years of experience in technical or customer
support roles.
- Basic IT
knowledge plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player
with initiative and eagerness to learn and grow.
