Wilhelmsen Ship Management Chennai is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for it’s Global PMS Support Team.

Enlisted below is the main responsibility for this position:
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
- Perform and update PMS support requirement from vessels.
- Assisting to collect technical data for PMS related projects.
- Assist in PMS Technical Database building Projects.
- Assist Technical Support team to update PMS related Technical details in PMS System.
- Extract PMS data from technical manuals and Quality Check of data for PMS projects.
- Assist in Special PMS Projects.
- Assist PMS technical database related tasks.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information from PMS System.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional degree in technical and/or marine Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PMS. (Mandatory)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess customer service mindset and skills.
- Quality and results oriented.
- Good team player.
- Positive, proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and/or in teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in PMS related data handling
