The Role

Vim is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and deliver excellent service for its users. Our ideal candidate would be passionate about helping customers, love putting yourself in your customer’s shoes, enjoy resolving problems, identifying root causes of issues, and thrive in a team environment.

What you will do 

  • Own a set of support functions to help US healthcare providers take advantage of our market-leading software.
  • Review production tickets coming from our account managers or our customers, triage, investigate and fix issues with the assistance of other team members. 
  • Own the escalation process to Engineering and Product teams for critical issues
  • Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Vim’s internal systems, process flows, and tools

Who we are looking for 

  • 2-4 years of experience working in a similar role in fast paced, SaaS product companies.
  • Experience and knowledge of software installations and troubleshooting through debugging tools, analyzing logs, and working with external APIs  
  • Demonstrated successful ownership of mission-critical tasks requiring exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for frequent internal and external interactions
  • An enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, work hard, and be a part of a world class team on an important mission
  • Flexibility and willingness to course-correct in a changing environment

What is Nice to Have

  • Advantage: Hands on experience in SumoLogic, Mixpanel, Postman
  • Advantage: Zendesk Administration
  • Advantage: Digital healthcare experience

The target base salary for this role is between $75,000 and $100,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)
