Job Description:

   

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Global Support Remote which is made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) technical support, consultancy, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers on complex systems.

Start Date:  April or July 2026

Locations : Istanbul or Ankara

What you’ll do :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal and external enterprise customers, responding to requests through various channels.

  • Answer questions about product features, specifications, and repairs, including those related to warranty and critical support.

  • Provide solutions to customer problems via phone and online support.

  • Document case summaries and resolutions clearly in the Knowledge Management System (KMS).

  • Assist customers proactively to prevent future issues.

  • Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and meetings.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Support the Sales team as needed.

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 with a focus in Computer Engineering, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics or any IT related degree

  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish

  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.

  • Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.

  • Superior stakeholder management skills

  • Linux and Vmware experience

  • Server and storage architecture experience

  • Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world

  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
