Job Title: Technical Consultant
Locations: Ahmedabad/ Bangalore/Pune
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Technical Support
A quick snapshot…
The Technical consultant provides Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products. The job involves understanding, evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause, and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner. Our Tech support teams are responsible for handling errors, user issues and any other technical problem that prevents the customer from using our Conga products. In essence, our tech support consultants focus on helping customers to use our products most effectively.

You will help our valuable customers by keeping their solutions up and running by resolving the reported issues in a timely manner resulting in happy and loyal customers. Consultants ensure Conga’s technology is enabling the company to stay productive and thus maximize the benefits—cost saving, improved productivity, improved product quality and eventually what matters is championing the customer.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related experience. 2-5 years of technical support experience, in any technology (preferably in Salesforce/ .Net/ Java) with knowledge of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, approval process etc.
Champion of the Customer. You understand that customers are one of business’ most important assets and you take that seriously. With more than 11,000 customers around the globe entrusting Conga with their business we make a commitment to their success and would love to hear how you will too!
Troubleshooting and Logical Thinking. This is an absolute must. Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role. Proven experience in a client support role or in a delivery role has prepared you to effectively investigate technical issues, prioritize and escalate as needed, to ensure timely resolutions that are in line with client SLA’s. Experience with advanced SQL scripting / Java/ .Net/ SQL or SFDC is a must! Programming languages (Visual Basic/ C#) are appreciated! You can easily understand how systems interact/integrate with each other and as well as how changes in one application will affect others.
Education. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Your strong listening skills foster connections with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
Willingness to work rotational shifts. Let’s face it – our customers are in various time zones, so we need to support them. Our analysts can – if needed - be scheduled on rotational shifts and take turns carrying pagers. The shift window is 5am to 1am.
