We are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to join our on-site support team, focusing on SCADA monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting of automation systems for Material Handling Equipment (MHE). You'll support PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff), VFDs, communication networks (ProfiNet®), and related infrastructure to ensure high system uptime.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the Control Room’s SCADA subject-matter expert
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, Profinet® networks, and control-system hardware
  • Monitor system performance and diagnose real-time operational issues
  • Provide remote support for fault-finding with Maintenance and Engineering teams
  • Escalate complex incidents and maintain clear, accurate documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability and performance
  • Adhere to all HSE, quality, and technical compliance requirements

What You Bring:

  • 3–4 years in industrial automation or controls support
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff), and VFDs
  • Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and industrial networks
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and support additional sites if needed
