Position Summary - Review and research claims in the pre-assigned Met Refer work queues or document/Files provided by client. Understand and Identify variation and Fix/highlight/Process them as per business standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze, validate and process transactions in business application
• Analyze and research all discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is following predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
• Prior knowledge of documents Review, and document creation related to process is desirable
Education - Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 1 - 5 years of education.
Experience - 1-5 Years
Technical Skills
• Computer navigation skills with MS Word and excel is must.
• Keyboarding and data mining skills
• Excellent written and oral
• Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to US Insurance is desired but not mandatory
