We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to enhance our support team. In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional technical and functional support to clients worldwide through various channels including email, tickets, and remote sessions (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom).
- Analyze and optimize client configurations, offering recommendations to improve platform efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with our development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
