This position provides general operational supervision under the direction of the director/manager to assigned personnel. Responsible for organizing, directing and controlling workflow aspects of the section in order to improves processes to provide high quality and cost effective services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• MLS or Specialty Certification.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
Estimated Pay Range:
$39.32 - $65.54 / hour Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package.
