Assist technical laboratory staff with specimen collection, receipt, processing, and preparation for testing. Manage daily laboratory operations, staff hiring/training/performance, budget and compliance with CLIA and OSHA, lead process improvements using Six Sigma/Lean, and liaise with Banner Health and Sonora Quest teams to ensure quality patient and customer care.

Receive and process pathology specimens, prepare samples for testing, perform waived and moderately complex CLIA '88 tests, assist in histology workflow, train staff, perform QC/QA, and support grossing under supervision.
