What you’ll achieve
Participate in the development of next-generation Enterprise AI Infrastructure to include accelerated compute, AI Fabric and AI optimized storage. Engage with high profile Enterprise AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications and tune systems for maximum performance. Drive innovations at datacenter level with alternative cooling techniques, data management and storage products, leading fabric technologies and power density to address Enterprise outcomes.
You will:
Technical lead working with customer in in understanding the project details, developing technical proposals, and aligning with internal Dell Engineering and Planning team.
Develop Complete solution with Compute, Storage and Networking components to L12 (customer datacenter) delivery
Develop solution Overview across L10 and L11, validate with Engineering
Propose BOM/ SKUs to meet technical requirements based on customer input and review with Engineering & planning and develop solution proposals and integration requirements for Enterprise AI solutions
Validate with Engineering team the customer requirements and BOM defined for the proposal

Essential Requirements
15+ years of related experience in product technology and system level integration
Adept at conducting presentations to peers, cross-functional teams and director level leadership with an understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products, and competitor's offerings
Knowledge of and experience with scale-out file/object storage and parallel file systems for providing scalable shared access to data for compute clusters along with familiarity with common storage concepts such as NFS/S3 access protocols, erasure encoding, deduplication, encryption, versioning, tiering, data management, and backup
Ability to define appropriate storage system configurations that satisfy production application performance and service level requirements.
Customer and partner project/program leadership experience; must have ability to understand and assess customer requirements, develop technical solutions based on customers geographical area, negotiate conflicting interests and prioritize deliverables to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders; need to be able to travel 20%-30%
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge in area of system performance work related to AI/ML or HPC along with the ability to write scripts for testing & Linux know-how is also a plus
Compensation: Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices. The Base Salary Range for this role is $230,000.00 to $295,000.00
