- First contact of the Account/BD team to provide consultancy to assess customer needs.
- Clarify customer's objective and identify the touchpoints with Advantest solutions services per customer journey
- Act as UX (User Experience) Solution Architect to structure the solutions with agility, feasibility and support viability.
- Work with marketing, BD and account team to articulate the value proposition linking with customer objectives.
- Act as liaison to support ACS inquiry
- Relevant experience in Industry 4.0 (smart manufacturing) or semiconductor industry.
- Experience with software design and development in a semiconductor test environment, familiarity with ATE like V93000 and/or T2000 will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and present to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese and English.
- Bachelors or Master Degree in EE or MBA or equivalent.
- Willing to challenge and take challenges
