Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software applications.
- Provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 11 and 10, and Microsoft Applications in a corporate environment.
- Support iOS devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Mac computers.
- Assist with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and demonstrate knowledge of Intune.
- Offer mobile device support.
- Utilize the Jira issue tracking system to manage work, analyze trends, and recommend actions to reduce incoming issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential customer service problems.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve departmental processes and customer service.
- Manage projects and contribute to the development of global standardizations.
- Support enterprise applications and tools such as SAP, VPN, Two-Factor Authentication, software deployment tools, and PC encryption.
- Proven hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of PC imaging processes and software deployment tools.
- High School diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PC support.
