- Monitor regulation and standard to ensure the latest version are being informed to both internal operation staff and external client.
- Maintain technical documents for internal use or for client distribution. Documents include standards and regulation, internal interpretation and policies, testing protocols, and other technical related documentation.
- Create and maintain testing boundary, matrix and client’s product specification as well as protocol based on country of distribution and product type.
- Project handling to documentation and product compliance review (including report review, labelling review, etc)
- Handle technical inquiries for both internal and external clients, regular conference calls for oversea clients are required.
- Assist any other related duties as assigned.
- Science related university degree, Chemistry, Chemical Technology or Biochemistry is preferred.
- CTT/CTP or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- Familiar with /knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations requirement.
- Basic knowledge of TRA/LHAMA will be an advantage.
- Good writing, organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance or Laboratory Testing field
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Ability to understand to interpret regulation and standards.
