- Master's degree or higher
- 5+ years LCMS usage experience
- Technical support experience in food, environmental, or materials industries
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills
- Good interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time)
