Technical Sourcer

We’re looking for a 6-month contract Technical Sourcer to help us identify, engage, and attract top engineering and technical talent. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines for a range of technical roles — from software engineering and data science to infrastructure and machine learning.

What you'll do...

• Source and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, professional networks, and referrals).
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technical roles.
• Craft personalized outreach and employer branding messages to attract top-tier technical talent.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural alignment before passing them to recruiters or hiring teams.
• Use our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools to manage candidate data and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

On Day 1 we expect you to have...

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical roles at fast paced or high growth tech company. 
• Strong understanding of technical skills, engineering disciplines, and modern tech stacks/frameworks (e.g. Python, Javascript, React, AWS, PyTorch etc)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools with familiarity using Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience using an ATS (we use Greenhouse).
• Global or remote sourcing experience across multiple time zones.
