What You’ll DoDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest
Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths:
