Key responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple sales opportunities through a structured sales plan, efficiently managing cost of sale and optimizing the close rate of deals worked.
  • Qualify PS opportunities based on Customer's identified pain, "after scenarios," positive business outcomes and required capabilities. Work with SA and Sales to clarify these items where needed. 
  • Evaluate client architectural models and perform/drive in-depth analysis of systems, data flows processes, and architectural trade-offs
  • Qualify PS opportunities based on Customer's identified pain, "after scenarios," positive business outcomes and required capabilities. Work with SA and Sales to clarify these items where needed. 
  • Elaborate assumptions and capabilities required from a PS estimate. 
  • Work with customers to define solution roadmap, identify and prioritize potential engagements, and clearly state minimum viable product.
  • Create proposal assets summing PS proposed engagement and Acquia products used, including solution summary and benefits, timeline, resource profile, assumptions, and cost. Assist Sales in compiling proposal documents. 
  • Provide sales support to achieve business and technical win
  • Help manage forecast of PS resource needs related to new customer pipeline opportunities, communicating with PS Delivery and Operations. 
  • Create Statements of Work summarizing PS client opportunity and review with PS Delivery
  • Manage handover of PS Solutions to PS Delivery team
  • Engage with senior client business stakeholders and technology teams, understanding current state architecture and future state requirements, to correlate business value with technical solutions 
  • Develop technology metrics and/or supporting data that provides a diagnostic view of current state and drives future state changes.
  • Develop understanding of business processes, strategy, and long term thinking, to help evaluate current and drive future state architectural models. 
  • Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.
  • Continuously innovate and improve processes in an effort to optimize program efficiencies.
  • Ad Hoc duties as assigned

 

Key requirements:

  • Experience working with Drupal is a must.
  • Excellent systems documentation and architecture diagram skills with thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures
  • Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior technical leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into recommended solutions for implementation team with full risk assessment
