Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Wingify's solutions, ensuring customers are successfully deployed and configured according to best practices.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience and drive long-term product adoption.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot third-party integrations using APIs and web technologies.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to browser behavior, JavaScript execution, cookies, tracking scripts, browser extensions, and client-side implementations.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, providing implementation guidance, architectural recommendations, and technical best practices.
- Work directly with customer development teams to support integrations, custom implementations, and technical enablement.
