What You'll Do
The Technical Solutions team supports Flatiron Health's Clinical Research Business Unit. This team is accountable for the implementation and support of the Clinical Pipe EHR to EDC application and related software. In addition, the technical solutions team is responsible for technical consulting and support for these products with Flatiron's healthcare and life sciences customers. In this role you will:

  • Configure Clinical Pipe to clinical trials in Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
  • Map EHR data to electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) per study protocols
  • Assist Technical Solutions Associates and Managers as needed to support Clinical Pipe implementation


Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're Solutions, Informatics, or Clinical Data Management professional with at least 2 years of experience and also:

  • You have experience with:
    • Data exchange formats such as JSON and XML
    • Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
  • Are a strong communicator with excellent English language skills
  • Have familiarity with healthcare or clinical research data
  • Have familiarity with clinical trials
  • Are a self-learner, with strong technical aptitude and curiosity
  • Ability to multi-task and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
  • Customer service oriented
  • High accountability and ownership
  • BS/BA degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience


Extra Credit

  • Experience with CDISC standards such as SDTM or ODM
  • Experience with clinical terminologies such as LOINC or SNOMED CT
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $126,000.00
Preferred Primary Location: SLC Office
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
