- In-depth understanding of analysis demands and laboratory workflows in the pharmaceutical CXO industry, mining points, developing solutions and converting them into business opportunities;
- Undertake relevant support for liquid chromatography and single quadrupole at pharmaceutical CXO clients;
- Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to maintain client relationships and resolve client issues;
- Assist in improving win rate of Agilent liquid chromatography and single quadrupole;
- Independently design and complete pre-sales sample analysis work;
- Support and understand the company's strategic goals and formulate corresponding action plans based on regional market and client conditions.
- Master's degree or above, majoring in chemistry, pharmacy or related disciplines, more than 5 years of relevant analytical work experience;
- Fully understand the hardware, applications and market development trends of liquid chromatography and single quadrupole mass spectrometers, as well as the competitive information of mainstream brands;
- Ability to work independently, be innovative, dare to meet challenges, and able to accept a business trip proportion of 50% to 60%;
- Keep on learning, self-motivated with good teamwork skills.
