As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and improving electronics repair operations while leading new service program implementations and sustaining engineering activities. You will act as the technical owner for repair programs, supporting technicians, solving complex hardware issues, developing repair procedures, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for our customers.

This role combines electronics engineering, repair expertise, project coordination, and customer interaction in a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of new repair and service programs
  • Act as the engineering owner for assigned electronics repair and support programs
  • Support advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair activities, and technical escalations
  • Develop and improve repair procedures, test methods, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation
  • Work closely with technicians to optimize repair processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Train operations teams on repair methodologies, product functionality, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve service solutions and repair capabilities
  • Manage project timelines, technical deliverables, and engineering requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics repair, sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or technical services
  • Strong understanding of electronics troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair processes
  • Experience with products such as servers, storage systems, networking equipment, broadband devices, point-of-sale systems, medical devices, or similar electronic hardware
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, and cross-functional teams
