What You Will Do in This Role?
  • Lead and coordinate biomedical and field service technicians at the Bloomington district office
  • Ensure medical equipment is inspected, repaired, and maintained efficiently and cost‑effectively
  • Provide daily direction, training, and performance accountability for the technical team
  • Ensure accurate equipment documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely service records
  • Manage parts, supplies, and inventory; support customer billing accuracy
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to support service growth and resolve issues
  • Oversee equipment incidents, recalls, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Need for This Role?
  • Associate’s degree in Applied Science (electronics or biomedical technology preferred) or equivalent military training; Bachelor’s preferred
  • At least 1 year of technical experience
  • Experience with medical equipment maintenance, repair, and testing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills
  • Proficiency with test equipment and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/push up to 75 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call support
