Job DescriptionServiceNow has established itself as a benchmark for IT governance and process automation. This role is aimed at a ServiceNow Technical Consultant wishing to work with our clients.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (M/F), you work with our clients across the full project lifecycle and contribute to the development of our centre of expertise.
- Support and advise our clients
- Facilitate workshops and draft specifications
- Design solutions based on our clients' expressed requirements
- Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow centre of expertise
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school.
- You are certified on at least one ServiceNow path (ITSM, CSM, PPM, HR, etc.).
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills, you adapt to different client contexts.
- You have strong writing skills and can adapt to different stakeholders.
- You have technical analysis capabilities to understand different use cases.
- You master JavaScript development, interface development, and ServiceNow application integration.
- A good level of English would be a plus.

- Proficiency in JavaScript development, interface (UI) development, and ServiceNow application integration.
- Good level of English.
