Job Description Summary

To provide support all Aprolis businesses and divisions sales teams by providing technical expertise on truck
specifications, load calculations and equipment selection.
The role is responsible for reviewing and validating sales packs to ensure capacity, specification and preparation
costings are accurate prior to order submission, reducing risk and improving quality.
In addition, the position acts as a central technical sales support function for the business, assisting with product
training and leading support on complex site surveys and equipment solutions, particularly for specialist applications
such as VNA and automation, enabling effective and confident sales execution.

Job Description

Dealer sales Support Function

• Provide day-to-day technical support to Dealer Managers

• Assist with truck specification, application guidance and load calculations

All Aprolis Businesses and Divisions Sales Team Support Function

• Provide direct technical support to Aprolis sales teams • Assist with equipment selection, application support and preparation costings

• Support sales with specification accuracy and order readiness Truck Derations • Main sales contact for New and Used truck derations

• Main OEM contact for new truck requests / recording Manage Truck Stock Specification Changes

• Specification and price adjustments in line with changes made to stock equipment

• Provide technical information to support sales enquiries, including truck specification guidance and load calculations

• Ensure system is updated with all changes to stock (Kerridge)

OEM Price Lists

• Manage price lists and adjustments for sales quote tool upload and Dealer Managers price lists

• Track Strategic Account Pricing, maintain records and carry out regular reviews

• Assist with stock order process

• Assist with technical support for sales queries

Warehouse Applications and Support

• Assist the Aprolis Sales teams with site survey support and installation

• Support applications including: Racking, VNA guidance systems, Battery change systems

Miscellaneous

• Sense check sales packs to ensure technical accuracy and that all workshop requirements are identified and financially allowed for prior to processing

• Assist with CRM pricing

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Health & Safety guidelines

• Carry out any other reasonable duties within the scope of the role

• Build and maintain stock lists, including aged stock and special offers for the sales teams • Monthly stock analysis

• Manage stock list pricing • Provide product training support, including recording and maintaining training requirements for Aprolis sales and dealer teams

• Maintain records of dealer service training, including tracking and managing training requests • Produce battery take-back reports and support understanding of UKMHA legislation.
