What You'll Do
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support across security solutions
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify and close opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and recommend solutions
- Deliver product presentations and solution demonstrations
- Support solution design, product selection and technical validation
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
- Promote value‑add solutions in competitive environments
- Support product launches, vendor initiatives and sales programs
- Maintain current knowledge of security technologies and market trends
