Our direct sales team in EMEA is looking for talented, tech-savvy professionals, with persistence, passion and a customer service focus. If you can build positive relationships with customers and help them with their sales or service-related questions, join our team as a Technical Sales Manager French-speaking in our Berlin office. We will consider the relocation of candidates from France to Berlin. We are looking for talented, goal-driven professionals who will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers, creating and utilizing outreach strategies, and identifying and closing sales opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive and Manage Complex Sales Processes: Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, from lead inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions.
  • Develop and Engage with Qualified Leads: Identify and engage with B2B clients seeking advanced technological and technical products, nurturing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Nurture and Expand Existing Accounts: Proactively foster long-term relationships with existing customers, focusing on their evolving technical needs to ensure growth and sustained satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Articulate Technological Value Propositions: Clearly communicate the value of complex technical products and services, ensuring prospects understand the competitive advantage and ROI.
  • Consult on Advanced Engineering Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated engineering and technology-based solutions that align with their business needs.

About You:

  • Native French Speaker: Fluency in French and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B Sales: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering or similar sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong background in selling advanced technical or technological products is essential, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • E2E Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions.
  • Affinity for Advanced Technologies: Passionate about cutting-edge technologies, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Team-Oriented but Independent: Able to collaborate with internal teams while also functioning autonomously to drive results.
  • Goal-driven and Persistent: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and determined to achieve high levels of success.
  • Detail-oriented and Prepared: Highly organized, with a meticulous approach to managing client accounts and sales cycles.
