Technical Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• You will drive new business development for Capol North America's product lines, including surface treatments, VIVAPIGMENTS®, color extracts, and flavors.

• You will execute the go-to-market strategy for VIVAPIGMENTS® throughout the USA.

• You will identify and explore new market opportunities and implement Capol's commercial strategy.

• You will travel to customer sites to offer technical support and manage customer relationships effectively.

• You will initiate and oversee new projects with existing and potential customers.

• You will maintain and manage a commercial project pipeline, addressing any competitive threats.

• You will handle sales planning, including setting pricing strategies, improving processes, forecasting, and reporting.

• You will manage additional sales and administrative tasks that align with Capol’s strategy and needs.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• You bring over 5 years of experience in a senior sales role.

• You possess comprehensive knowledge of the specialty food ingredient industry.

• You demonstrate strong business acumen and financial literacy.

• You are proficient in a second language (French, German, or Spanish) which is preferred.

• You have an understanding of global food safety and regulatory guidelines, which is preferred.

• You excel in both technical and commercial communication and possess strong negotiation skills.

• You are adept at analyzing Capol LLC’s product lines, especially VIVAPIGMENTS®, and advising on the best solutions.

• You have a strong technical aptitude and business insight, allowing you to work independently and as part of a team.
