Job Description:
Technical Sales Executive (TSE)
THE ROLE
Customer-facing, revenue-accountable; manages assigned accounts and territories.
Measured by revenue growth, design wins, and customer satisfaction.
Influences stakeholders at all levels — within customer and internally at Lattice.
Identify, qualify, and advance new design opportunities across assigned territory.
Target verticals include AI infrastructure, industrial automation, robotics, communications, automotive, aerospace and defense, and edge compute systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Account Plans; maintain CRM pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
Build customer-specific value propositions and execute winning sales strategies.
Map and expand relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
Develop deep account knowledge: business profile, competition, buying process, and political environment.
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and contract teams.
Bridge customer requirements to internal product and engineering teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Engineering; strong technical acumen required.
5+ years FPGA / semiconductor domain sales experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Lattice FPGA products or from Xilinx/AMD, Altera/Intel or similar.
Proven large-account management in a consultative, competitive market.
Established engineering and executive relationships at target customers.
Formal sales methodology training a plus (Challenger, value selling).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Skills Required
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (preference for Bachelor of Science)
- Proven track record selling to all levels within target customer organizations and meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Comprehensive and active engineering and executive-level relationships at targeted customers
- Experience building and managing account plans and relationship mapping
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in a CRM system
- Ability to distill technical concepts and communicate technology value to clients and internal teams
- Previous success managing large accounts in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market
- Demonstrated experience coordinating outcomes with cross-functional teams (product management, marketing, finance, contracts)
- Preference for FPGA / semiconductor sales experience
- Preference for formal sales process and methodology training
- Preference for formal contract and negotiations training and/or experience
- Preference for design win experience within the semiconductor industry
