Job Description- Develop new business opportunities and grow customer accounts within the electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial sectors.
- Promote SGS testing services by understanding customers' quality, regulatory, and product compliance requirements.
- Conduct customer visits, solution presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM.
- Collaborate with technical and laboratory teams to deliver effective testing solutions and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Electronics, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in testing services, scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, test & measurement, engineering solutions, or technical solution sales is an advantage.
- Experience serving electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial customers is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel.
Promote SGS testing solutions including electrical & electronics (E&E), EMC, product safety, reliability, and regulatory testing services.
