- Provide/conduct new product trials, development and application support.
- Manage sampling, prototyping, internal and external line trials, troubleshooting, and the analysis of technical data. Clearly communicate technical reports to customers.
- Identify new leads and opportunities, contributing to the growth of our new business pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to achieve full product qualification and achieve sales.
- Build In-depth product, application and processing knowledge for the Coating markets, Focus on Adjacent markets.
The following are required for the role
- Technical degree in a scientific, engineering or technology field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science.
- At least 3 years' working knowledge in the application of UV and thermal Hard coats
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and part of a global team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
- Coating industry experience driving new technologies from concept to commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a cross-functional team environment with strong customer focus
- Ability for effective teamwork and strong team player
- Strong communication skills to build sustainable customer and business relationships
- Self-motivated individual with high level of creativity and technical curiosity
