In this role, you will drive the Global Sales Enablement strategy and shape programs focused on Technical Sales Enablement for Qualys Sellers. As a key member of the Global Sales Enablement team, you will act as a strategic liaison, bridging the field with critical functions across Qualys, including Product Management, Operations, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to deliver impactful training and enablement for our salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify technical knowledge and skills gaps, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs in coordination with the Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Partner, Technical, and Senior Leadership teams.
- Design, develop, deliver, and support the Technical Sales curriculum for all Qualys Sales—Account Executives and Technical Account Managers.
- Create and implement a role-based training curriculum for Technical Account Managers, supporting them from onboarding through career progression.
- Co-lead the ongoing development and administration of the Qualys Sales Enablement Platform (Showpad) in coordination with other Qualys learning teams and functions.
- Support sales leaders in inspecting progress and results by leveraging key sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Tableau, Altify, and other elements within the tech stack to drive data-driven insights and enhance decision-making across the sales organization.
- Translate business needs into targeted sales enablement programs aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate product training into enablement programs, especially for new offerings or key updates.
- Establish metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of Sales and Technical accreditations.
- Support and contribute to global sales enablement programs, including New Hire Training, Weekly Enablement Sessions, Sales Summits, Consultative Selling, MEDDPICC certifications, Product Launches, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Sales Engineering and/or Sales Enablement experience with a record of success.
- Strong presentation skills for online, mobile, and classroom training delivery.
- Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery is preferred.
- Experience with sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Sales Enablement Platforms, Learning Management Systems, and productivity tools.
- Proven project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
