As a trusted advisor, you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customer success, helping shape long-term technology roadmaps and delivering value for customers across the telecommunications ecosystem.
What you will do
- Influence customer technology strategies, transformation agendas, and investment priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders.
- Partner with Customer Units and Key Account Managers to identify and develop strategic business opportunities.
- Translate complex technology capabilities into business value and commercial outcomes.
- Lead discussions across areas such as mobile networks, cloud-native technologies, AI, virtualization, and network evolution.
- Drive thought leadership and strengthen Ericsson's position within the customer ecosystem.

- Strong telecommunications industry experience and technology expertise.
- Deep understanding of network architectures, including RAN, Core, Cloud Native, Virtualization, and AI.
