Job Purpose:
Our Sales Technical Consultant bridges the gap between sales and technology by providing technical expertise during the sales process. This role works closely with sales teams and prospective clients to understand business needs, present solutions, and demonstrate how products or services meet technical and operational requirements.Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to prospective clients.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses.
Design and propose customized solutions based on client requirements.
Assist with product trials, proofs of concept (POC's), and pilot programs.
Collaborate with product, engineering and implementation teams to ensure feasibility and success.
Address technical objections and provide solutions during negotiations.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Support post-sales handoff to ensure smooth implementation.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within target markets.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Technical Consultation, Business Development, Proposal and Quote Development, Technical Demonstrations, Account Management, Market Analysis, and more. Experience technical aptitude in the manufacturing business is preferred.
- Salary range: 100k - 120k + bonus eligible
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.Education:
