Technical Recruiting Coordinator

As a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at Aaru, you will work closely with recruiters to coordinate both virtual and in-person interviews, and ensure candidates have an exceptional interview experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, solving logistics problems, and brings both warmth and thorughtfullness to every interaction.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed

• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier

• Operate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet

• Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows

• Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency

• Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience
  

What you bring

• 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

• Comfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative, make decisions with incomplete information, and won’t wait to be told what to do

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through

• Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
