Credence has an immediate opening for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator, the successful candidate should have a zeal to want to learn and understand federal government agencies. Will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process. This role partners closely with the Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Program Managers, Human Resources and candidates to coordinate hiring activities while ensuring compliance with federal contracting requirements. The ideal candidate has experience or a willingness to support technical recruiting efforts, managing recruiting operations, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced government contracting environment. Must be able to multi tasks well, be well organized and can work in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Will work collaboratively with the Credence Senior and Lead Recruiting Team to coordinate interviews for technical and cleared positions supporting federal government contracts.
- Coordinating support for scheduling and confirming interviews across multiple time zones and manage complex interview calendars.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinating support to promote candidate communications, interview confirmations, and follow-up activities.
- Assisting Recruiters with job postings, sourcing candidate to build pipelines, and requisition management.
- Support Recruiting efforts for positions requiring security clearances, including tracking clearance information and required documentation.
- Coordinate New Hire Requests for offer packages, pre-employment screenings, background investigations, and pre-on-boarding activities.
- Support Recruiting compliance activities with Federal Contract Requirements, OFCCP regulations, EEO guidelines, and company policies.
- Coordinate generating Recruiting reports and maintain recruiting metrics to support business objectives.
- Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and outreach initiatives focused on federal and cleared talent.
- Partner with Recruiter Leads and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide support for Pre- Proposal and Proposal efforts by engaging with targeted candidates to determine qualifications and obtain required documentation, as well as providing pricing realism for execution and delivery post-award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required. (Degrees in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, Political Science, Government Affairs and Engineering are preferred)
- 0-2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR experience, preferably supporting federal government contracting.
- Experience coordinating technical and/or cleared recruiting activities.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workable, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
- Must have strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and federal hiring compliance requirements.

- Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), Civilian, or Federal Government recruiting.
- Familiarity with security clearance processes (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).

- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Work Environment
- This position is onsite Monday - Friday
- Some occasional travel may be required to support recruiting events, job fairs, or customer meetings.
- May be required to occasionally lift 10-20 pounds

Salary Range: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
