- Engage as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to the business to develop recruiting strategy for critical openings.
- Partner with hiring managers on seamless screening, interview panel identification, offer strategy, and inform onboarding and integration plan.
- Manage the candidate experience flawlessly from first touch point to offer extension, acceptance and hand-off to our HR Operations team for onboarding.
- Monitor metrics related to hiring to assess progress and identify improvement areas.
- Engage with hiring managers and interview panels proactively to coach and guide on providing a top-notch interview experience to all engaged candidates.
- Consistently source, build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines.
- Proactively identify challenges in identifying qualified talent and bring creative suggestions and ideas to the table to ensure searches are successful.
- Partner with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards team, Finance and HR Operations as appropriate.
- Contribute to the broader TA team as an enthusiastic partner and teammate that provides support his/her peers when needed to ensure collective success.
Job Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in product companies, ideally hiring for technical and engineering roles.
- Outstanding communication skills and focus on building strong relationships.
- Enthusiasm for telling the Model N story based on a deep commitment to learning our business, strategy and future goals.
- Values-oriented and commitment to not just filling reqs but finding talent who will be a great fit for our company culture.
- Demonstrable track record of achievement and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates in highly competitive landscape.
- Curious and passionate about staying up to date on the latest sourcing strategies to identify new pools of great talent.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to improve productivity, decision‑making, or problem-solving in a professional or personal context.
- Strong negotiation skills, detail orientation and commitment to follow-through.
- MBA or Equivalent degree
