Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment and Selection Resource who caters onshore and offshore job opportunities (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines). Focuses on Philippine-based market to support the client's needs and achieve company's goal. Equipped with different sourcing/recruitment strategies and candidate/client management. Does end to end recruitment from Sourcing to On-boarding.
Admin/Operations Tasks Set and adheres process integrity. Ensures that the data is available end to end, when and where the management need it.
Onboarding Liaison with the thirty-party Background Investigation Team. Complies with the standard set by the HR Team. Monitors the result and update the focal point of each department accordingly. Guide applicants on the process of requirements gathering and ensures availability of the documents.
Team Management Helps the team identifying the needs and requirements of the business/project. Address all concerns related to the processes (ATS), BGV, and other operational tasks. Promotes work-life-balance and maintains good camaraderie.
