About the Role:


As a Technical Recruiter (Contract) at Narmi, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a specific focus within our EPD function to fill various roles from engineers to product specialists. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer stage. Narmi's goal is to build the best digital banking platform in the world and we cannot do this without amazing technical talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a full cycle recruitment process, including kick-off meetings, sourcing, screening calls, candidate debriefs, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers and teams to hire candidates that meet or exceed expectations
  • Effectively serves as a brand ambassador for Narmi 
  • Provide a quality in person candidate experience
  • Use and maintain our ATS (we use Lever!), including creating interview plans
  • Maintain job postings on internal and external sites
  • Use various sourcing methods and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to identify and target the best candidates
  • Handle job offers, including any negotiations
  • Recruit for a wide range of roles from entry level engineers to VP’s and specialists 

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of effectively managing a candidate pipeline using an ATS
  • Ability to develop relationships and proactively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven experience delivering offers, negotiations, and closing candidates effectively
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of roles and an ability to juggle multiple open positions concurrently
  • Commitment to DE&I initiatives 

What You'll Bring (Preferred):

  • Experience working both internally at a startup and on the agency side
  • Experience recruiting for an earlier stage startup (Series A-C)
  • Has deep knowledge of the NYC tech market

The expected compensation for this role is $35-$45 per hour. Maximum expected hours range from 30-35 hours per week in accordance with business need at the discretion of the Sr. People Operations Manager. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge and skills.
