• Responsibility 1. Lead root cause analysis for complex quality issues across the electroplating equipment lifecycle (NPI, Mass Production, Delivery). Utilize data-driven validation testing to accurately identify technical defects and ensure robust solutions.
• Responsibility 2. Spearhead the development and implementation of systemic improvement plans. Define clear ownership and deadlines, monitor execution, and verify long-term effectiveness through audits to ensure closed-loop quality management.
• Responsibility 3. Lead technical reviews and process capability assessments for key component suppliers. Drive continuous improvement in critical processes to eliminate quality risks and ensure supply chain stability.
• Responsibility 4. Own the technical qualification for new materials and components. Establish testing standards, conduct reliability validation, and perform gate reviews to eliminate risks associated with new parts and suppliers.

Skills You Bring:

2. Capable of leading Design of Experiments (DOE) for complex problem-solving
3. Possess a solid technical foundation in mechanical drawing, manufacturing processes, material science, and electrical systems.
4. Basic English communication skill; CET-4 certification required.
