Key Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of product and platform health checks across the BR Product Suite.
- Work with technology, operations, infrastructure, and support teams to define, establish, and track health checks and related monitoring requirements.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, ownership, and action items to ensure health-check implementation progresses on schedule.
- Track risks, gaps, and blockers affecting implementation, and drive timely follow-up and escalation where needed.
- Prepare and manage status reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc updates on implementation progress for stakeholders and leadership.
- Deliver concise, executive-ready communication on implementation status, monitoring readiness, and associated risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to automate manual health checks and improve monitoring efficiency.
- Support operational governance by ensuring implemented health checks are documented, visible, and aligned to readiness expectations.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

- Experience preparing executive status reports, dashboards, and implementation updates.
- Ability to translate technical requirements and implementation progress into business-relevant communication.
- Exposure to financial services, wealth management, or enterprise fintech platforms is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
