Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Functional Lead with strong functional understanding, technical depth, and excellent technical writing skills. The ideal candidate will bridge business, ERP, SCM, and engineering teams, driving complex programs involving web development, AI agents, and enterprise integrations. This role emphasizes functional clarity, execution discipline, and communication over pure hands-on coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end technical programs across web, AI agent, and enterprise systems
- Translate business and SCM requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, ERP teams, and engineering teams
- Define system workflows, integration patterns, and data flows
- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of multi-team technical initiatives
- Ensure alignment across architecture, security, scalability, and compliance requirements
- Review designs and code at a high level to ensure quality and standards
- Support AI agent and automation initiatives from a functional and orchestration perspective
- Drive risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery timelines
- Mentor engineers and junior program managers
Technical & Functional Skills
Functional & Program Management:
- Strong experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Product roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Enterprise & Domain Knowledge:
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP (NetSuite / Oracle ERP)
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes including:
- Order management
- Logistics & transportation
- Inventory and planning
- Experience working on ERP integrations and enterprise platforms
Technical Knowledge (Hands-on not mandatory but preferred):
- Good understanding of Python and .NET based systems
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures in Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations
- Awareness of AI agent architectures, automation workflows, and orchestration patterns
- Understanding of web architectures and modern UI frameworks
Technical Writing & Documentation:
- Strong experience creating:
- Functional requirement documents (FRDs)
- Technical design documents (TDDs)
- Architecture diagrams and integration specs
- API and interface documentation
- Ability to document complex systems clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience driving documentation standards and best practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure Fabric or data platforms
- Background in logistics, energy, or large-scale enterprise systems
- Experience supporting AI-driven automation initiatives
- Prior experience working with globally distributed teams
