Your teamYour new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people from all over the world. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more!
Your mission
As a Technical Project Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of partner delivery and internal operations, helping turn priorities into shipped work that drives Frontify forward. This is an execution-first role where you'll own the processes, systems, and follow-through that keep projects moving and commitments on track.
You'll split your time between managing the operational delivery of external partner integrations and leading internal technical projects that improve how we work. From contracts and onboarding to development tracking, QA, and launch coordination, you'll ensure partner integrations are delivered successfully and on time. At the same time, you'll help shape AI-first workflows and strengthen the connections across our internal tool stack to improve efficiency and scale.
When priorities compete, you'll focus on partner delivery first — ensuring external commitments are met while building the foundations that enable our teams to work smarter over time.
Your responsibilities
You'll own the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts, statements of work (SOWs), service-level agreements (SLAs), payments, renewals, and delivery coordination.
You'll provision and manage partner environments and tooling access.
You'll run development cadences, including weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, and blocker resolution.
You'll coordinate QA processes and manage formal acceptance against agreed SOW deliverables.
You'll partner with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to support launches through documentation, enablement materials, and launch readiness activities.
You'll bridge partner launches into go-to-market activities and ensure smooth delivery through launch and beyond.
You'll triage post-launch issues and manage ongoing maintenance relationships with partners.
Internal technical projectsYou'll scope and manage projects that build AI-first internal workflows, taking initiatives from brief through to a working process with clear ownership.
You'll own integrations across Frontify's internal tool stack, including platforms such as Slite, Linear, Figma, Claude, and others.
You'll identify operational and technical gaps in our ways of working and proactively solve them before they become larger challenges.
You'll improve how systems, tools, and teams work together to increase efficiency and execution quality across the organization.
Your story
You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St Gallen office once a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
You're a highly effective implementer who enjoys turning plans into outcomes and consistently follows through on commitments.
You move quickly, close feedback loops, and take ownership of work without needing constant direction or reminders.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy connecting stakeholders across Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, partners, and other teams.
You understand API concepts, authentication flows, and large language model (LLM) tooling well enough to ask thoughtful questions and identify weak implementations.
You have hands-on experience building automations or workflows using low-code and integration tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, or you're eager to develop that expertise.
You're comfortable working independently, creating structure where needed, and driving ambiguous projects from idea to execution.
You know how to introduce lightweight processes that improve outcomes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy or overhead.
You're highly organized and reliable, and can successfully balance routine operational responsibilities with more open-ended project work.
You influence and drive progress through clarity, persistence, and strong stakeholder management rather than formal authority.
You're comfortable holding partners accountable, managing scope against agreed SOWs, pushing back on scope creep, and escalating commercial challenges when appropriate.
