Opportunity
We are looking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives launched under our Engineering Platforms IT Roadmap. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects that align with our long-term vision and deliver measurable value to the organization.
How you will make an impact
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define and demand resources required for successful project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and quality standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across global and regional teams.
- Choose best methodology to manage the project to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Your background
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in the engineering or IT industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with engineering platforms and IT infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment.
