As a Technical Product Manager at BrightEdge, you will be the owner of the quality of SEO keyword data across ALL countries and languages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep understanding of the importance of keywords and search volume in Search Engine Optimization along with experience building systematic and sustainable automated processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for the quality of keywords and the metrics that our clients see in BrightEdge. You will work closely with product management, engineering, customer success, operations, and professional services teams. Core Responsibilities
- Keyword quality - focused on SEO, Keywords, and Search Volume
- Define, implement, and document iterative data quality review and remediation strategies
- Work with product management and engineering to provide automation and algorithm improvement recommendations.
- Master documentation of existing and future BrightEdge data collection pipelines and algorithms
- Work with product management and engineering to understand data flow and metrics available and understand their business requirements to improve processes.
- Establish a method to collect and measure success based on data collected from Salesforce, NPS surveys, Hotjar, and external sites like G2/Trust Radius.
