Responsibilities
Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks/work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that plan
Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholders
Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projects
Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resources
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.
Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standards
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
At least 3 years experience with project coordination or management of IT and/or software development projects
Proven track record leading agile development teams and delivering enterprise software projects on time and within budget
Expert in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Strong technical background with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project and creating detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Understand fundamentals of release and change management to deliver successful projects
