This role will work directly with leaders supporting SDLC, release management, operational governance, reporting, workflow optimization, and AI-driven productivity initiatives.
This person will help design, operationalize, and scale improvements across how work is planned, governed, executed, measured, and continuously improved. They will play a key role in advancing enterprise delivery practices, improving cross-functional coordination, identifying inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, and helping embed AI into day-to-day operations, reporting, decision-making, and process automation.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-focused, comfortable working across ambiguity, and able to move between strategy, process design, tooling, and operational follow-through.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
Partner with EPMO and cross-functional leaders to identify operational inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and execution risks across delivery processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SDLC, release management, intake, prioritization, governance, reporting, and team operating rhythms.
Assess current-state processes, define future-state workflows, and support rollout of scalable improvements.
Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, standard operating procedures, governance checkpoints, and adoption mechanisms.
Help define success metrics, KPIs, health indicators, and reporting structures to measure effectiveness of process changes.
Identify practical opportunities to apply AI across project delivery, reporting, operational workflows, documentation, knowledge management, and team productivity.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement AI-enabled workflows, automations, copilots, and reporting enhancements.
Help define use cases, requirements, pilots, experimentation plans, and adoption strategies for AI initiatives.
Support implementation of AI solutions that reduce manual work, improve insight generation, increase speed, and strengthen decision-making.
Evaluate tools, workflows, and processes to ensure AI is embedded in a practical, scalable, and measurable way.
Support ongoing improvements to SDLC governance, delivery lifecycle execution, release coordination, and cross-functional readiness.
Partner with stakeholders to improve clarity around planning, ownership, handoffs, dependencies, risks, and execution accountability.
Help standardize workflows across Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and other operational tools to improve visibility and traceability.
Contribute to initiatives that improve release quality, predictability, compliance, and operational transparency.
Support alignment between intake, discovery, prioritization, execution, and post-implementation learning.
Work closely with leaders across EPMO, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Finance, and Operations to move initiatives from concept through implementation.
Structure complex work into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, risks, and decisions.
Lead working sessions, drive follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives maintain momentum.
