How You Will Add Value
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of complex commercial and strategic projects.
What You Will Do
Develop comprehensive project plans leading project teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
Develop, lead, motivate, and manage high performance project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Proactively identify and mitigate project and product risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
Clearly communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Develop and implement effective project management methodologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with corporate Quality Management System policies and procedures including any required SOPs, Work Instructions and Templates.
What You Will Bring
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial Laboratory Information System (LIS or LIMS) deployment projects on time and within budget.
Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic industry experience preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Deep sense of accountability for all aspects of a project and the tenaciousness to drive tasks to their completion.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Aha, Azure DevOps, Digital Whiteboards).
A bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

United States Base Compensation: $81,000.00 - $101,000.00The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
