The Role:
This is an opportunity for a talented Senior Technical Project Manager to join our growing Tech Holding family. If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.
- Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.
- Being able to see the big picture, but still, roll up your sleeves and dig into the problem to execute towards the client’s project goals.
- The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.
- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, passion for technology and being a part of the nationwide, mission-driven, organization. Cross-department collaboration and communication is essential for this position.
- PST hours are preferable
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in project or program management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships.
- Strong understanding of AWS concepts, including Shift Left security, automated testing, and hands-on experience with tools such as AWS CodeBuild, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines.
- A clear understanding of DevSecOps principles and methodologies
- Proven experience in leading and guiding software engineering and DevSecOps teams
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical projects
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for the team
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of project scope management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
- Solid understanding of the technical domain relevant to the project
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are a MUST
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
- Scrum Alliance Certifications such as CSM is needed
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
