• Should be proven experience in customer handling/influencing/confidence, new business/market capture
• Exposure to new technologies trends (in the field of automation, AI/ML)
• Working experience with various countries to adapt and influence with the different cultures 
• Should be dynamic and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong team player
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electrical or related stream

Desirable:

• Exposure to Project Management tools and techniques.
• MS Project and preparation of charts.
• Ability and skill to drive Engineering excellence.
• Passion for developing employee’s skills and ability.
• Ability to mentor junior personnel.
